Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Both groups give teens a place to hang out with friends, sing some cool songs, pray for one another, and learn more about Jesus and His plan for their lives.

Awana Ministry 

Wednesdays 6:30pm to 8:00pm     September-May

Cubbies -- Ages 3 and 4 years old
Sparkies -- K through 2nd Grade
T and T -- 3rd through 6th grade

We love to see the smiles on the faces of children on Wednesday nights during our Awana program as they gather with friends to sing, participate in group games, discover exciting truths from the Bible and experience God's love through Jesus Christ.

Community Outreach 

Rockford Rescue Mission -- We help serve the evening meal at the Mission the 4th Thursday of January, March, May, July, and September and host food drives throughout the year.

Northern Illinois Pregnancy Care Center -- Financially we are helping to support this outreach which provides care and counseling to women facing crisis pregnancies.

The Great Give-Away -- Each summer we have a weekend event in which we give away gently used clothing, toys, and household items to people in our community who may need such items.  A free event to demonstrate God's free gift of love and salvation in Christ.

Salvation Army -- We participate in the Christmas Kettle Drive and collect food items which are distributed to families in our community who are in need.

The Gideon's -- Each year we receive an offering to help this ministry place the Word of God in the hands and hearts of people around the world.

Community Thanksgiving Dinner -- We serve a turkey dinner with all the trimmings to those in our community who need a meal or holiday companionship on Thanksgiving Day.

Operation Christmas Child -- Each Christmas we collect shoeboxes filled with toys, candy, gum, school supplies, socks, soap, toothpaste and other items for distribution to needy children around the world.
